These narratives have inspired us to take a look at the most distinguished properties marketed by the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury program at the moment. All five properties are priced over $45 million. Two of them are as-built new construction – yet another reminder of a trend that continues to have staying power this year – Have-It-All Properties. Proving themselves to be more discerning than ever, the wealthiest of buyers are deeply focused on seeking out the very best homes and living experiences right now and they are not willing to settle for anything less. 

From a private 9-acre oasis on the coast of Florida to brand-new trophy estates in two of Southern California's most sought-after locations, this truly inspiring collection of properties reflects the enduring allure of real estate for those who want to live at the pinnacle of luxury.
